Eva helps startups and growth companies become investment ready, from sharpening the business case and financing strategy to building a compelling investor story and a clear fundraising plan.
Background
For companies and organizations that want to innovate but need a clearer way forward, she designs innovation programs, validates new ideas, scouts startups and technologies, and works with teams to turn ambitious ideas into products and businesses that work.
She has more than 20 years of experience in entrepreneurship, innovation and policy advisory. She has mentored hundreds of founders, built startup and innovation initiatives across Central and Eastern Europe, and invests in startups as a business angel. She also helped build and relaunch Startup Awards Slovakia, one of the country’s flagship startup initiatives, and was named one of Forbes Top 10 Influential Women in Startups. As Slovak Ecosystem Connection for Slovak PRO, she helps connect Slovakia’s innovation ecosystem with a strong network of Slovak professionals in the US.
Before joining the founding team of Disruption Embassy in September, Eva was an Associate Partner at Civitta, an Estonia-founded international consultancy. Earlier, she co-founded Neulogy, a boutique innovation consultancy, where she served as CFO, and led EurActiv.sk, part of the pan-European EurActiv media network.
